During my PhD, I studied nuclear receptor Peroxysome Proliferator-activated Receptor (PPAR) alpha involvement in dyslipidemia and inflammation in Pr Staels B lab, Lille, France (1999-2003). I joined Dr Issad T team at Institut Cochin in Paris (2004-2008), where I studied Insulin and Insulin-like Growth Factor-1 Receptors (IR and IGF1R, respectively) in metabolic syndrome and cancer. In 2009, I joined Dr Gregoire Lab, INSERM U1232 in Nantes, to study biology and immunology of malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM). Since 2022, I lead the team 'Immunomodulation of tumor microenvironment and immunotherapy of thoracic cancer' at CRCI2NA in Nantes, France, in which I develop projects on tumor microenvironment and targeted therapies.
