Two positions are opening at Ca’ Foscari University of Venice, Italy. We are looking for cancer biologists to work on a 5-years funded project from Associazione Italiana Ricerca sul Cancro (AIRC). The topic will be on the role of Peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase NIMA-interacting 1 protein (PIN1) in ovarian cancer. From the project it is expected to develop new therapeutic opportunities for second line therapies.
Approches will include 2D cell culture, cancer organoids, microfluidic cultures, in vivo mouse models, molecular pathway analyses and characterization of new small molecules.
