Human Vital Organs on chip
Dear fellow Researchers,
Do you foresee a multi-organ chip (incorporating all the vital organs of a human body) on a chip, typically all those involved in the circulatory system (heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys) + brain as a platform for evaluation of safety as well as the metabolism of new molecules?
Is the science ready to make this happen?
Would this be a tool to use primary cells or can this be developed using iPSCs?
How could we address the genotypic and phenotypic diversity amongst the human population?
Can this be mass-produced?
JRF would be happy to collaborate with groups who are interested in such projects.
