The EUROoCS Office collects the following personal data: your name, your job title, your address, your contact details, the type of your membership, contact details of supervisor (if applicable) personal website address (if applicable). The provided email address will be used for sending the newsletter.

The EUROoCS Office will not share your personal information with any third parties except in the following cases:
- The EUROoCS member list will be checked with the registrations to the annual EUROoC meeting, in order to check the eligibility of discount to the EUROoC meeting registration fee
- We make use of different service providers in order to carry out our services who need to process your personal data. We will ensure that they do this in agreement and in accordance with our instructions. We never sell or provide personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Personal data is only provided to affiliated third parties in order for us to execute our services.
Processing or Deletion of Data
You have the right to correct, supplement or delete your personal data stored in our database at any time. In particular, you have the option to discontinue receiving information on events as well as newsletters as indicated in the disclaimer included in all mails and newsletters.
